The logo shows a letter M that also looks like a crown, which fits the first letter of the condominium’s name, Monarch ParkSuites. The letter M depicts an image of a crown. The tails of the logo are like waves of the sea alluding to its location by the Manila Bay.
The project name is Monarch, which means royalty. It seeks seal its position as the pioneer of condo living in the area — the developer that dared to build upon a grass filled land. Now that area is blossoming to become the newest retail, entertainment, and gaming capital in Asia. The color blue is associated with royalty – blue-blooded.
